Where Is The Insurance Licensing Counter Located?

The Department of Insurance has offices in Phoenix and Tucson. The Phoenix Insurance Licensing Counter is located at 2910 North 44th Street in Phoenix, Second Floor, near the northwest corner of 44th Street and Thomas. On the northwest corner is a Bank of America branch. The office is directly west of the Bank of America in the fourstory brown building.

Parking is available directly east of the building (between the bank and our building) and on the upper level of the parking structure located to the west of the building.

The Tucson Insurance Licensing Counter is located at 400 West Congress Street in Tucson, Suite 152. The building is located on the north side of Congress Street approximately 1/2 mile east of I10.
