What happens if a complaint is filed against me with the Oregon Board of Medical Examiners?

The Board’s Investigation Department investigates the complaints that are received to determine if state law applies. If state law does apply then the Board will investigate the allegations. A full hearing may be required. If a doctor is found to have violated the Medical Practices Act then sanctions may be imposed.
