How Is Child Support Calculated?

The Nebraska Supreme Court develops Nebraska Child Support Guidelines. They were last revised effective January 1, 1996. The main principle behind the guidelines is to recognize the equal duty of both parents to contribute to the support of their children in proportion to their respective incomes.
