Can The Child Support Agency Collect Alimony Or Spousal Support?

In cases where there is a child support order and a provision for spousal support or alimony, the agency may collect and enforce both types of support, but cannot do so for spousal support alone. The agency cannot establish orders for spousal support that must be accomplished through the courts.
