Is It Illegal For A Person With Hiv To Spit Or Otherwise Assault Someone In A Similar Manner?
A: Washington Revised Code Annotated Section 9A.36.011 provides that: A person is guilty of assault in the first degree if he or she, with intent to inflict great bodily harm, administers, exposes, or transmits to or causes to be taken by another, poison, HIV, or any other destructive or noxious substance.
