What Is The Term Of Protection?
The term of protection is for the first year from date of delivery.
This term of protection may be extended by any amount of time during which repair services are unavailable due to war, strike, or natural disaster.
It is during this time period that you must notify the manufacturer or its dealer of defects that are covered by the warranty. As long as you have provided such notification, the manufacturer is obligated to repair these nonconformities at no charge to you, even if the repairs are not made until after the expiration of the Lemon Law term of protection.
