A landlord files this application alleging that the tenant has failed to pay rent, the tenancy has ended, or the terms of the lease have been violated asking that the court order the tenant to be evicted. - Writ of Ejectment (Eviction)
This order is directed to the sheriff directing the sheriff to serve the tenant with notice that he or she has 24 hours to voluntarily vacate and if he or she does not, the sheriff will remove the tenant.
