• Affidavit Under Summary Process Rule 10(d)(ii)
  This affidavit is filed by the landlord swearing that the tenant has not made any payments since the filing of the summary process complaint for eviction.
• Summary Process Agreement for Judgment
  This agreement is between the landlord and tenant that is filed with the court as a judgment in a summary process action.
• Military Affidavit
  This affidavit is filed by the landlord swearing that the tenant is not in military service.
• Motion for Issuance of Execution
  A landlord files this motion asking the court to issue an execution for possession so that the landlord can evict the tenant.
• Motion to Vacate Default Judgment (Remove Default)
  The tenant files this motion asking the court to remove the default judgment against him in the summary process case filed by the landlord.
• Non Military Affidavit and Affidavit of Payments Made
  This affidavit is filed by the landlord swearing that the tenant is not in military service, has made payments to the landlord and still owes a certain sum.
• Civil Contempt Summons (Summary Process Action)
  This summons notifies a party to a summary process action that they must appear in court on a certain date.
• Summary Process Answer
  This answer is filed by the tenant in a summary process action (eviction) in response to the complaint filed by the landlord. Instructions are included.
