  This notice is served on the tenant giving he or she notice that the lease has been terminated based on certain facts.

  This notice is served on the tenant giving he or she notice that he or she must attend court to stop the eviction action.
• Complaint for Possession Only - Forcible Detainer (Cook County)
  This complaint is filed by the landlord alleging that the landlord is entitled to possession of the property that the tenant is in possession of.
• Summons for Trial (Cook County)
  This summons puts the tenant on notice that he or she is being sued by the landlord for eviction as well as informs the tenant what steps he or she must take.

  A court enters this order giving possession of the property to the landlord as well as money damages.

  The court enters this order granting or denying tenant's motion for a stay of eviction.
