• Motion for Fee Waiver
  This affidavit is filed by either the landlord or tenant in an eviction action asking the court permission to proceed without paying fees.
• Three Day Eviction Notice for Non-Payment of Rent
  This notice is given to the tenant by the landlord giving the tenant notice that he or she must either pay the rent due or vacate in three days.
• Affidavit of Service (Three Day Eviction Notice)
  This affidavit states that the tenant was served with the Three Day Eviction Notice.
• Complaint for Eviction (Expedited Proceedings)
  This complaint is filed by the landlord after the tenant has failed to pay or move out as informed of in the Three Day Eviction Notice.
• Summons for Eviction Pursuant to Idaho Code 6-310
  This summons is served upon the tenant giving the tenant notice that they have been sued in an eviction action.
• Affidavit of Service of Eviction Summons and Complaint
  This document is necessary to show the court that the tenant was properly served a copy of the complaint and summons in an eviction action. Instructions included.
• Answer to Eviction Complaint
  The tenant files this answer to the eviction complaint. Instructions are included.
• Judgment and Order for Eviction
  This judgment is entered by the court restoring possession of the property to the landlord.
• Writ of Restitution of Premises
  This writ commands the sheriff to remove the tenant and her or her property from the premises.
