  This form should be used to request that any record of being arrested, confined or detained by an officer of the law in Maryland be expunged. This form also includes the information regarding the hearing that is set for the request of expungment.
• Petition for Expungement of Police and Court Records
  This form should be used by an individual who was arrested, served with a summons or served with a citation in Maryland. This form is to be used to petition the court for the expungment of any court or arrest record at least 3 years after an acquittal or if the charges have been dismissed or if a judgment of probation has been made before a judgment was entered with the court.
