What Happens At An Appeal Hearing?

The Appeal Tribunal will review the facts leading to the Determination and will ask for further facts. You and your employer will also be given an opportunity to ask questions or to make statements. The Tribunal must determine all issues necessary to finally dispose of the case. After the hearing, the Tribunal will make a Determination and send you a written decision.
