Once I'm Eligible, What Do I Do To Receive Benefits?
To receive benefits you must file a request for payment every two weeks. The first week you are eligible for benefits is called the waiting week. No benefits are paid for this week. After that week, you will receive benefits for each week until your account balance is zero or until you return to work. You request benefits by calling TELECLAIM every two weeks. You should call no later than Friday following the weekending date you are requesting benefits.
