If I Am Fired From My Job, How Soon Must My Employer Pay Me?

If you are terminated from your job, your employer must pay you all earnings owed within seven working days of termination provided you have requested or demanded payment. In all other cases, you must be paid at the regularly scheduled payday, unless there is some other agreement between you and your employer.
