How Much Compensation Can I Receive?

Your weekly benefit amount is 4% of the wages paid during the calendar quarter in your base period with the highest wages. Benefits can range from $40 to a maximum of $205 per week. The total amount of benefits you can be paid during your 52­week benefit year is called your maximum benefit amount and is based upon the total amount of wages reported in your base period. The maximum amount payable is one­third of your total base period wages. However, it cannot total more than 26 times your weekly benefit amount.
