How Do I Know If I Am Eligible To Receive Unemployment Benefits?

To be eligible for benefits, you must meet the three following criteria:

  1. You were working in a job that is subject to unemployment insurance laws;
  2. You were paid at least $1000 in wages in two calendar quarters of your base period;
  3. You are able, available, and actively seeking work in each week you claim.
