What is Aggravated DWI under New Hampshire law?

You can be convicted of aggravated DWI under New Hampshire law if you are driving with a BAC of 0.16 or more, if you were driving at a speed more than 30 miles above the speed limit, if you tried to flee from the police, or if you were driving with a child under the age of 16 in your vehicle.
