What is the term used for a drunk driving offense in Minnesota?

If you are arrested for a drunk driving in Minnesota you will be charged with Driving While Intoxicated (“DWI”). Under Minnesota Law there are four types of DWI: 1st degree (the most severe), 2nd degree, 3rd degree, and 4th degree (the least severe).
