What is the legal drinking limit in for drivers in Florida?

The maximum legal drinking limit for any driver in Florida is a BAC of 0.08. However, the law is lower for commercial drivers. Commercial who may not legally drive if their BAC exceeds 0.04. Finally, if you are under age of 21 may not legally drive with a BAC exceeding 0.02.
