When is Spousal Support or Alimony Awarded in Wyoming?

In Wyoming a court has the authority to order spousal support but must take into account both the need of the party requesting alimony and the other spouse’s ability to pay the alimony. (Wyoming Statutes Title 20 Domestic Relations Chapter 2 Dissolution of Marriage Section 114)
