When is Spousal Support or Alimony Awarded in West Virginia?

A West Virginia Court may award spousal support in the form of permanent spousal support, temporary spousal support, rehabilitative spousal support or spousal support in gross. (West Virginia Code Chapter 48 Domestic Relations Article 8 Spousal Support Section 101)
