What Documents and Supporting Information are Required to be Submitted with a Divorce Petition in West Virginia?

In West Virginia, the divorce petition must contain the required caption, the names of the parties, the grounds for divorce, the court’s jurisdiction.  Forms are available from the court clerks for completion. (West Virginia Code Chapter 48 Domestic Relations Article 5 Divorce Section 402)
