What Documents and Supporting Information are Required to be Submitted with a Divorce Petition in Mississippi?

The divorce complaint must describe the cause of the divorce only in statutory language and in all cases, except joint filings on the basis of irreconcilable differences, the plaintiff must file an affidavit claiming that the cause or causes for divorce stated in the complaint are true. (Mississippi Code Title 93, Chapter 5, Section 7)
