Is A Prostitute With Hiv Subject To A Harsher Sentence?

Nevada Revised Statues Annotated Section 201.358 provides that: A person who works as a prostitute after testing positive for HIV and after receiving notice of that fact is guilty of a category B felony. Punishment is at least 2 years imprisonment but not more than 10, or a fine of not more than $10,000, or both fine and imprisonment.
