Who qualifies as a medical marijuana patient's designated primary caregiver in the state of Oregon?

On a patient’s application for an Oregon Medical Marijuana Program (OMMP) registry card, he or she can designate a primary caregiver who is over eighteen (18) years of age, who has significant responsibility for your care. Your designated primary caregiver also will be permitted to possess medical marijuana.
