What are the requirements to be eligible to vote in Wyoming state and local elections?

In order to vote under Wyoming law, you must be a U.S. citizen, at least eighteen (18) years of age, and a resident of Wyoming and the precinct in which you wish to register. You cannot register to vote if you are a convicted felon, unless you have had your civil or voting rights restored. You also cannot register to vote if you have been adjudged to be mentally incompetent.
