What are the deadlines for submitting an absentee ballot?

Absentee ballots must be postmarked no later than midnight on the night prior to the date of the election, and must be received no later than fourteen (14) days following the date of the election. An immediate family member designated by the voter can also deliver the absentee ballot to the office of the election authority with the written permission of the voter.
