How do I vote by mail in the state of South Carolina?

In order to receive a mail-in absentee ballot, you must request an absentee ballot from your local county voter registration office. You must request an absentee ballot no later than four (4) days prior to the election. Once you receive your absentee ballot in the mail, you must complete it and return it to your county voter registration office no later than 7:00 p.m. on Election Day.
