Can I vote by mail in the state of South Carolina?

Yes. If you are qualified to vote by absentee ballot, you can request that an absentee ballot be mailed to you by your county voter registration office. Completed mail-in absentee ballots must be received in your county voter registration office no later than 7:00 p.m. on Election Day.
