How do I vote by mail in the state of North Dakota?

In order to receive a mail-in absentee ballot, you must submit an absentee ballot application to your county auditor’s office. Your completed ballot must be mailed to the county auditor’s office, and it must be postmarked no later than the day before Election Day.
