What are the requirements to be eligible to vote in North Dakota state and local elections?

In order to vote under North Dakota law, you must be a U.S. citizen, at least eighteen (18) years of age on Election Day, a resident of North Dakota, and a resident of the precinct in which you want to vote for at least thirty (30) days prior to the election.
