You can register to vote in the state of New Mexico by completing a New Mexico Certificate of Registration Form, which is available from any county clerk’s office, the office of the New Mexico Secretary of State, and many other state agencies, including motor vehicle offices. The form is not available online, but can be requested by mail, telephone, or in person.
