Can I vote by mail in the state of New Jersey?

Yes. Any registered voter can fill out an application to vote by mail in the state of New Jersey and return it by mail to his or her local county clerk no later than seven (7) days prior to the election, or in person at the local county clerk’s office no later than 3:00 p.m. on the day before the election.
