Can I vote by mail in the state of New Hampshire?

Yes. An absentee ballot application form is available online through the website of the New Hampshire Secretary of State’s office, or from your city or town clerk’s office. 
You can return your completed absentee ballot by mail, so long as it is received by your city or town clerk’s office no later than 5:00 p.m. on Election Day.
