How do I vote by mail in the state of Nebraska?

In order to vote by mail, you must complete an early voting application request form, which is available online through the website of the Nebraska Secretary of State, or simply fax or mail a written request for an early voting ballot to your local county clerk or election commissioner’s office. Early voting ballots are mailed no earlier than thirty-five (35) days prior to the election, and must be returned to your local county clerk or election commissioner’s office no later than the close of the polls on Election Day.
