What is the deadline for registering to vote in the state of Montana?

You can register to vote in Montana at any time, but voter registration closes thirty (30) days prior to the election. However, late registration begins the next day, and continues until the close of the polls on Election Day, with the exception of the period from noon to 5:00 p.m. on the day before Election Day, during which you cannot register to vote.
