What are the requirements to be eligible to vote in Missouri state and local elections?

In order to vote under Missouri law, you must be a U.S. citizen, at least eighteen (18) years of age on Election Day, and a resident of Missouri. You cannot register to vote if you are imprisoned due to a criminal conviction, if you are on probation or parole for a felony conviction, or if you were convicted of a felony or misdemeanor that is connected with voting.
