How do I vote by mail in the state of Mississippi?

In order to receive an absentee ballot, you must apply for an absentee ballot through your local Circuit or Municipal Clerk’s office. If you qualify for an absentee ballot, you will be mailed a ballot, which you typically must return no later than the day prior to the date of the election in which you are voting.
