Is early voting available in the state of Hawaii?

Yes.  Any registered voter may vote by absentee ballot in the state of Hawaii. If you plan to be absent from the state of Hawaii or if you cannot vote at your polling place for any reason on Election Day, you are entitled to vote by absentee ballot by mail. Plus, you can vote at an absentee walk-in polling place before Election Day.
