What are the requirements to be eligible to vote in Colorado state and local

Under Colorado law, you must be a U.S. citizen, a resident of Colorado and a resident at your present address for at least twenty-nine (29) days prior to the next election, and at least eighteen years of age or older on the date of the next election. You also must have registered to vote at least twenty-nine (20) days prior to the election.
