How do I register to vote in the state of Colorado?

In order to register to vote in the state of Colorado, you must complete a Colorado Voter Registration Application, which also serves as the form for applying for a mail-in ballot, if you wish. This form must be completed as instructed and returned to your county clerk and recorder’s office.
