You can register to vote in the state of Alabama by filling out a voter registration application. This application is available online through the website of the Alabama Secretary of State’s office, and via request from the Alabama Secretary of State’s office or your local County Board of Registrars. Voter registration application services are also available at driver’s licensing offices, county and some municipal libraries, the Department of Human Resources, the WIC Program, Department of Public Health, the Medicaid Agency, and the Department of Rehabilitation Services.
