I was injured while working on a boat at sea. What are my rights?

Working on a boat at sea is one of the riskiest jobs in the world.  Seamen injured on the job due to negligence are entitled to compensation for their injuries under the Jones Act including damages for future medical treatment, past and future wage loss and pain and suffering.
